If you are searching for fun and gentle, yet adventurous yoga classes in English, I am here, ready to help :)

At the moment, there are no regular classes that you could join, but there are other options we could choose from.

​

I can offer an individual lesson online or in person (my yoga studio in Moravský Krumlov or at your place ).

​

If there are more people around you interested in yoga in English, I am also happy to arrange group online lessons.​

Really, the format is up to you and your needs.
